Real estate agency services on a fee or contract basis

Various brokerage services — residential properties. See detailed description in the annex. Trondheim municipality owns and administers buildings with a total area of approx. 1 000 000 m2 and approx. 60 000 decares undeveloped areas. Eierskapsenheten [the Ownership Department] attends to all purchases and sales of properties, as well as renting and leasing areas belonging to Trondheim municipality. A framework agreement shall be entered with one provider of estate agent services for residential brokerage service and one provider of business property brokerage service. Simultaneously to this call for tenders, a tender contest is published for for business properties brokerage services. The contracting authority shall apply certain criteria for the boundary of which agreement the individual assignment is to be sorted under.
