Ce marché s’inscrit dans le cadre du développement par RTE d’un démonstrateur intégrant différents VIED (IED virtuelle) de contrôle commande, produits par plusieurs acteurs distincts, sur la plateforme ouverte SEAPATH. Le marché est composé des 2 phases suivantes: - une étude d’interfaçage (constituant la part ferme du marché), - la configuration et fourniture d’une machine virtuelle de protection (part optionnelle) opérant sur la plateforme ouverte SEAPATH.
