The Works comprise the reconfiguration of internal areas within the former primary school to facilitate use by secondary pupils requiring complex additional support and having significant medical needs together with associated alterations to the mechanical and electrical installations. The works also include alterations to car parking areas externally and the introduction of ramps to external doors. Internal cleaning of the works will be required upon completion of the works prior to handover.
