Norwich City Council's (the council) appointed agent (NPS Norwich Ltd) manages the maintenance and repair of the social housing property portfolio that comprises of approx. 15,500 conventional low and high rise properties with reinforced concrete stairways, walkways and landings, system built properties, concrete framed high rise flats and timber framed dwellings.
