Three Year Contract for Annual Lift Servicing and Maintenance including minor repairs

The Contract is intended to commence on 1st April 2025 for an initial period of three years with options to extend for up to four further years at the discretion of Whiteinch & Scotstoun Housing Association. The scope of works will include for monthly service visits to each of the passenger lifts and all routine maintenance to the lifts including a breakdown/emergency call out service covering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for all units. The scope of works will also cover a number of the potential common minor repairs which may be required during the term of the contract. Refer to Tender Documents 240803 Volume 1 Prelim Issue Rev 1 and 240803 Volume 2 Prelim Issue Rev 2 for further information on the contract requirements. Lot 1: Single stage tendering and all bidders may submit a tender.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016. SPD Question 2D.1.2- Bidders must provide a separate SPD response (Sections A and B of this Part and Part III) for each subcontractor
