Lot 1: The London Borough of Harrow is intending to award a contract to VIA Community Ltd for Adults Substance Misuse following Direct Award Process C in accordance with the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) The total contract value over the 5 years (3 year contract with the option to extend for a further 2 years) is £8,967,101 and the contract will commence on the 1st April 2025 and expire on the 31st March 2028 - the Extension period is 1st April 2028 until 31st March 2030 The service delivered by VIA Community Ltd for Adults includes:
