Secure Mail Gateway – Fortinet. Gegenstand der zu erbringenden Leistung ist die Fortführung des Services, teilweise Erneuerung und leistungsmäßige Erweiterung der bestehenden zentralen E-Mail-Infrastruktur-Lösung auf Basis von Softwarebzw. Appliances des Herstellers Fortinet. Der Service beinhaltet die Wiederherstellung und Aufrechterhaltung der Betriebsbereitschaft, die Überlassung neuer Programmstände sowie eine Hotline. Darüberhinaus werden als besondere Serviceleistungen, neue oder ausgewechselte Systemkomponenten eingerichtet. Das Gesamtsystem befindet sich am Standort des IT-Dienstleistungszentrums Berlin. Der Service wird unbefristet, beginnend am Tag nach dem Zuschlag auf das wirtschaftlichste Angebot erbracht. Darüber hinaus sind optionale Dienstleistungen wie Beratung, Schulung, Konfiguration, Migration, Rufbereitschaft vereinbart.
