Vågan kommune (Vågan Municipality) wants to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for procurements of user-controlled personal assistance (BPA). Estimated value: the total estimated value per year is approx. NOK 13 million excluding VAT. The estimated value is extremely uncertain as it is difficult to foresee future need. Volume will vary from year to year and is only a guide and does not obligate the contracting authority.
