Crown Commercial Service intends to undertake a tendering exercise to establish a Framework Agreement for use by UK central Government and wider public sector organisations for the supply of Vehicle Lease and Fleet Management services. These bodies include, but are not limited to, central Government departments and their agencies, non-departmental public bodies, devolved administrations, NHS bodies, local authorities, police, voluntary sector, charities and private sector organisations procuring on behalf of these bodies. This framework will replace the previous RM3710 Vehicle Lease and Fleet Management Framework Agreement. Crown Commercial Service intends to undertake a retendering exercise to establish a Framework Agreement for use by UK central Government and wider public sector organisations for the supply of Vehicle Lease and Fleet Management services. The Contracting Authority would also like to explore the potential of widening the scope of the framework to include suppliers who are able to provide a more flexible approach to contract terms in relation to duration and contractual commitment. Crown Commercial Service (CCS) intend to hold an industry Day on 24.7.2018 in order to engage the market and gain feedback on the proposed Framework Agreement. Suppliers who wish to register an interest in attending the Industry Day should send an email clearly stating “Industry Day” in the subject line to RM6096@crowncommercial.gov.uk including the following information: — name of contact, — name of organisation, — email address, — telephone contact number. Please note that attendance will be limited to 2 representatives from each supplier organisation. Numbers may be further restricted based on demand.
