Internal alteration and refurbishments<br />Sub Lot 4b. External alterations and maintenance<br />Sub Lot 4c. Extensions to existing spaces<br />Sub Lot 4d. Office and classroom alterations<br />Sub Lot 4e. General partitioning works<br />Sub Lot 4f. Replacement of doors, flooring, and ceilings<br />Sub Lot 4g. Structural repairs<br />Sub Lot 4h. Roof replacements<br />Sub Lot 4i. Roof repairs<br />Sub Lot 4j. Resurfacing<br />Sub Lot 4k. Fencing and gates.<br />Sub Lot 4l. Window repairs and replacement<br />
