Description
CTU440 - Major Adaptations works North region (formerly CT0133 lOT 1) East and South Antrim Contracts 1 and 2. The Housing Executive wishes to procure suitably qualified and competent contractors to carry out works in relation to the provision of Major Adaptations construction works to dwellings for Persons with a Disability in the Housing Executive East and South Antrim Areas. It is proposed to have 2 Contractors each awarded a Contract (subject to a sufficient number of compliant tenders being received) covering the North region as detailed in the Tender documents. Subject to terms and conditions each Contract will be for a period of approximately 104 weeks.
