Good afternoon - not sure what you mean by attachment 3, but happy to clarify that interested parties should look to provide responses to all shortlisting requirements listed in Sections 8 to 15. Responses to those requirements will be assessed and the 3 highest scoring will then be invited to provide responses to the requirements in Sections 16 and 17.
