Sandnes eiendom (property department) invites tenderers to a tender contest for a framework agreement regarding providing financial advisory and support services. The framework agreement applies to financial advisory and support services during the framework agreement period for the following subject areas: - Further development of Sandnes municipality's buildings, properties, and housing stock, in accordance with business principles, goals, and strategies. - Investment analyses particularly related to property dispositions, preferably buying and selling. - Economic cost/benefit assessments in relation to carrying out the total property management, including compliance with regulatory requirements and property documentation, as well as follow-up and implementation of municipal decided requirements for the buildings and housing stock. - Legal services, VAT, tax and duty assessments related to the property stock as well as for selling and buying. - Strategy development, including assisting in ensuring long-term and strategic property management - Audit - Assistance in case reviews and negotiations Lot 1: Sandnes eiendom (property department) invites tenderers to a tender contest for a framework agreement regarding providing financial advisory and support services.
