UK Global Healthcare Limited (‘UGH’) and Indo UK Healthcare Private Limited (‘IUHP’) on behalf of the Indo UK Institute of Health programme (‘IUIH’) (collectively referred to as ‘the Parties’) wish to appoint a partner/partners to a panel of Theatres devices suppliers which will subsequently be invited to join long term partnerships with IUHP and IUIH to supply to the eleven proposed NHS branded Indo UK Institutes of Health at various locations across India. This advert is part of a comprehensive procurement programme which will be conducted by UGH and IUHP throughout 2017 and 2018 and which will be advertised in a similar manner. It follows on from 2 earlier requirements placed for orthopaedics and radiology which are now at the contract award stage. UGH is acting as the lead in putting in place a Framework Agreement for Theatres Equipment. The Framework Agreement will enable the award of call-off contracts for the development of hospitals and clinics across India. The successful partner/s will be required to provide the specified Theatres Equipment to each hospital and clinic. The successful partner/s will also be expected to share a proportion of the risk in the development of each hospital and clinic by way of financial investment. The form of such financial investment will form part of the tender solutions proposed by bidders. This Lot includes all devices as well as associated accessories to provide adequate levels of lighting for the clinical team of all types of Surgeries, surgical lights should have substantial influence on the performance of an Ultra Clean Ventilation system and hence the overall sterility of the operating room. It will also include surgical headlights, to be worn by surgeons. UGH is acting as the lead in putting in place a Framework Agreement for Theatres Equipment. The Framework Agreement will enable the award of call-off contracts for the development of hospitals and clinics across India. The successful partner/s will be required to provide the specified Theatres Equipment to each hospital and clinic. The successful partner/s will also be expected to share a proportion of the risk in the development of each hospital and clinic by way of financial investment. The form of such financial investment will form part of the tender solutions proposed by bidders. This Lot includes all devices as well as associated accessories with Theatre Control Panels, which are a key part of any Ultra Clean Operating Room. This may be fully integrated ultra-clean air, surgical lights and other operating room systems. Optional extra facilities, including X-Ray film viewers or monitor screens. The panels must be HTM 03-01 compliant and feature. — A display of theatre environmental factors — Integral PACS Viewers — Monitors to view digital images — Easy wipe clean inclusive of antibacterial element stainless steel or membrane fascia — Touch screen option — graphic visual representation of the ultra-clean air unit and the operating lamps for ease of recognition, monitoring performance and control switching. This Lot includes all devices as well as associated accessories to provide a range of operating table's which will accommodate all types of surgeries, including bariatric. This Lot includes all devices as well as associated accessories for a Theatre Microscopes for ENT, Ophthalmic, Neurological, Plastics & maxillofacial surgical Procedures. All Microscope supplied within this lot must meet the following requirements. General — 220v electrical voltage; — 115VAC max 10 A current consumption; — 50 — 60 Hz rated frequency; — Capability to hold at least 5kg of accessories; — A floor stand with lockable castors suitable for seated and standing operations; — At least 1100mm of reach for the microscope arm on the horizontal axis; — At least 600mm of reach for the microscope arm on the vertical axis; — Microscope arm must be capable of 6 axis movement; and — Full technical, safety and user documentation written in English must be provided with the equipment. This Lot includes all devices as well as associated accessories for a Medical Laser for ENT, Urology, Plastics & maxillofacial surgical Procedures. Unless intended for direct contact (DC) all lasers must have the option of a visible aiming beam of class 3R as classified under BS EN 60825-1 Also must carry the appropriate classification labels (in yellow and black) and safety warnings This is to include; — Medical Lasers — Dermatological and Plastics — Medical Lasers — Urology — Medical Lasers — Surgical. The Framework Agreement will enable the award of call-off contracts for the development of hospitals and clinics across India. The successful partner/s will be required to provide the specified Theatres Equipment to each hospital and clinic. The successful partner/s will also be expected to share a proportion of the risk in the development of each hospital and clinic by way of financial investment. This Lot includes all devices as well as associated accessories for a smoke evacuator system and a full range of pencils and tubing. To include, hand piece for the effective removal of surgical smoke in diathermy or electrosurgery applications. The successful partner/s will be required to provide the specified Theatres Equipment to each hospital and clinic.
