Gem. Erlass des Ministerium für Inneres Niedersachsen, sind die Bestandswaffen an Heckler&Koch MP5 auszutauschen. Lot 1: Gegenstand des Verfahrens ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrages über die Lieferung von Heckler&Koch MP5 sowie deren Ersatzteile. Mit Zuschlagserteilung werden 100 MP5 sofort abgerufen. Der MP5-Bestand der Polizei des Landes Niedersachsen soll in den Folgejahren ausgetauscht werden. Der Austausch der Maschinenpistolen kann aufgrund der Ausbildungs-, Trainings-, Lager- und Einsatzszenarien nur sukzessive erfolgen.
