Statens Serum Institut (here after referred to as the "contracting authority") requires the performance of a task concerning Biological Services, Department of Vaccine Development, Center for Vaccine Research at Statens Serum Institut. Biological Service, needs a housing system for mice consisting of a rack and compatible, disposable Individually Ventilated cages (IVC). The IVC housing system shall be suitable for housing mice treated with carcinogens, primarily cyclophosphamide, and inoculated with risk group 2 microorganisms. The system shall ensure enclosure of both the carcinogens and the microorganisms to protect the surrounding environment including personnel against exposure. The contracting authority hereby invites interested eligible companies to submit offers for the solution of this task.
