Description
YPO are looking for the supply of Health & Social Care Equipment & Associated services, to the public sector but predominantly Local Authorities and NHS. The agreement is expected to commence October 2025. Please note that this date is not definite and may change at YPOs sole discretion. Lot 1: It is anticipated that this framework will have the following proposed Lot(s): - Lot 1 - Supply of Daily Living Aids/Homecare Equipment - Integrated Community Equipment Service (ICES) This Lot may include supply, delivery, installation, maintenance, collection, repair, and refurbishment of homecare equipment. Lot 2 - Supply of Daily Living Aids/Homecare Equipment - Non - Integrated Community Equipment Service (ICES) This Lot will cover the supply and delivery into a customer's store for the customer to deliver and install to the service user. Lot 3 - Technology enabled care products and services Please note that all Lots will cover a vast range of equipment and services. This may be subject to change based on the outcome of the pre-market engagement. The scope of products and services that will be available are detailed below: - • Daily Living Aids • Bariatric Equipment across all areas within the scope • Walking Aids and Tubular Steel Products • Postural Support Equipment - Paediatric and Adult • Ergonomic Equipment and Chairs • Paediatric Equipment, Cots, Beds, Changing Equipment • Specialist Chairs • Seating and Accessories • Bathing/Showering Non-Electrical Equipment and Adaptations • Bathing Electrically Powered • Toileting Equipment and Adaptations • Internal and External Grab Rails • Rehabilitation and Therapy Products and Equipment • Kitchen Aids • Equipment for People with Sensory Impairments - Visual and Hearing • Multi-Sensory Equipment • Wheelchairs and Accessories • Hoists, Lifting Equipment, and accessories • Pressure Area Care • Beds and Accessories • Patient Moving and Handling Equipment • Dementia Care Products • Access Ramps • Patient Ramps, Temporary Steps and Step Climbers • Medical Products • Equipment servicing; maintenance and repair • Equipment demonstration, training; advice and support • Care related activity detection, monitoring and prevention products and services • Technology enabled reablement and rehabilitation products including professional services including advice and guidance • Care related information and communication products and software to include pilots • Call monitoring software The reason for this PIN is to engage with providers within this market area to ensure the route to market that is put together meets our customers exact needs and requirements. We are looking to shape this solution with the help of provider engagement to ensure the maximum coverage of goods and services. Should YPO wish to proceed further a formal procurement process will be followed in accordance with YPO's contract procedure rules and in line with the Public Contract Regulations 2015/ Procurement Act 2023 as relevant.
