Lot 1: The principle objective of the Service is to enable Service Users to remain in their own homes within the ECH scheme wherever possible, whilst preserving maximum independence, minimising risks, achieving outcomes and promoting quality of life and social inclusion within the scheme. Provision is expected to complement and support informal carers where appropriate and to complement services offered by the resident Housing Provider in the scheme.
