The principal objective of the procurement is to:Commission a partner to facilitate a cohesive conversation and provide expertise in negotiation and obtaining consensus regarding the preferred structure for clusters/collaboratives across North Wales. The successful bidder will also be required to produce a report summarising recommendations for the proposed structure.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
