La forme retenue est celle de l'accord-cadre exécuté au moyen de bons de commande en application des articles R.2162-2, R.2162-4 à R.2162-6 et R.2162-13 à R.2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique. Il s'agit en l'espèce d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire. Les prestations sont reparties en trois (3) lots désignés ci-après et donnant chacun lieu à un marché distinct. Ces lots sont définis comme suit : • Lot no1 " Maintenance des systèmes Dispositif Réfrigérant Variable DRV de l’hôtel de ville et de l’auditorium " ; • Lot no2 " Maintenance des climatiseurs split système et mono bloc " ; • Lot no3 " Maintenance des installations de chauffage des eaux de piscines ". Suite II.1.5) : Somme des montants maximum sur 4 années.
