Horsham District Council ("the Council") invites tenders for the provision of Food Waste Caddies (goods) and for the distribution of the Caddies to households within the Horsham District (services) as set out in these documents. The Commencement Date for the delivery of the supplies is scheduled to be on/around Monday 16 February 2026 at 00:00 hours. The Contract will be awarded for a period of 8 weeks (with the expectation that all caddies will be delivered to all Horsham District households by 11 April 2026 but with several weeks built into the timetable for contingency purposes. The Council is procuring this Contract following a mini competition tender process using Framework 860_22 ESPO (Lot 7), and will be awarding one Contract for the provision of all services detailed within the Specification. The Council is seeking to Contract with an organisation that will manage the Services to the highest levels of satisfaction, professional standards and cost effectiveness. The Contract Start Date is the beginning of the initial delivery period of food waste caddies to the initial delivery site in the Horsham District.
