1. The NSSO is now seeking an external review of the existing governance and control arrangements in its:- a) HR Services Resignations and Retirements Unit; and b) Payroll Services Pension Payroll Processing Unit. The objective of this review will be to analyse the ‘as is’ governance and control procedures and processes with a view to identifying weaknesses or gaps, and particularly with a risk management lens.
