• To provide a portal for customers to log and track repairs. • To replace the existing Salix built chatbot/repairs portal. To award the contract to Hallnet Limited Only one bidder provided a response to the RFQ out of 5, because of this extensive product testing has been carried out post-RFQ and all key stakeholders are comfortable that the product is fit-for-purpose.
