Voluntary ex-ante transparency notice tools for aerotechnical line

Trøndelag county municipality has undertaken to establish an aerotechnical line at Fosen Sixth Form College. Here we are in need of equipment and competence that we believe only one tenderer is able to provide. New facilities will be constructed where we have a focus on sustainable, innovative and operationally efficient solutions for employees and students. Through knowledge and market surveys on the alternatives being offered in the open market, we have found that only Fosen Tools AS has the equipment, competence and presence that fulfils the necessary technical requirements. Lot 1: New facilities will be constructed where we have a focus on sustainable, innovative and operationally efficient solutions for employees and students. This is to provide relevant, timely, sustainable and efficient operation of aerotechnical education. The Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority [Luftfartstilsynet ] will come to carry out inspection and, once they issue approval in accordance with the requirements given in EASA part 147/66, the results will have been achieved. In order to realise this, the county municipality must have a tenderer with access to the right equipment, expertise and for whom it is possible to be physically present. The contract will be signed at the earliest ten (10) days after the date of this notice.
