Roofing Replacement Program

Description

Westward Housing Group are seeking to appoint contractor/s to carry out our roofing replacement program for the next 4 years. Lot 1: West Cornwall to Bodmin (all TR postcodes) To provide roof covering replacement services to the below operational area for Westward Housing Group. Works to include and not be limited to: • Pitched Roof covering replacements • Flat roof covering replacements • All construction works associated with a roof replacement • Other external repairs as required or present at the site. • Delivering on all elements of the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) Lot 2: Mid & East Cornwall and Plymouth (all PL postcodes) To provide roof covering replacement services to the below operational area for Westward Housing Group. Works to include and not be limited to: • Pitched Roof covering replacements • Flat roof covering replacements • All construction works associated with a roof replacement • Other external repairs as required or present at the site. • Delivering on all elements of the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) Lot 3: South Devon (all TQ postcodes) To provide roof covering replacement services to the below operational area for Westward Housing Group. Works to include and not be limited to: • Pitched Roof covering replacements • Flat roof covering replacements • All construction works associated with a roof replacement • Other external repairs as required or present at the site. • Delivering on all elements of the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) Lot 4: East Devon and Tiverton (EX1-17, EX24, & TA20-21) To provide roof covering replacement services to the below operational area for Westward Housing Group. Works to include and not be limited to: • Pitched Roof covering replacements • Flat roof covering replacements • All construction works associated with a roof replacement • Other external repairs as required or present at the site. • Delivering on all elements of the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) Lot 5: North Devon (EX18-23 & EX31-39) To provide roof covering replacement services to the below operational area for Westward Housing Group. Works to include and not be limited to: • Pitched Roof covering replacements • Flat roof covering replacements • All construction works associated with a roof replacement • Other external repairs as required or present at the site. • Delivering on all elements of the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)
