Framework agreement for user-controlled personal assistance

Description

Fauske municipality shall enter into a framework agreement with one or several private providers of health and social services type User-controlled Personal Assistance (Norwegian: BPA). Click here: https://permalink.mercell.com/201603838.aspx Lot 1: The framework agreement shall ensure an adapted and diverse service for the entire target group of User-controlled Personal Assistance in the municipality The diversity in the needs of the target group is large and through entering into a parallel agreement, the contracting authority will, as far as possible, ensure services adapted to the individual service recipient. The framework agreement shall cover the municipality's need for BPA from private suppliers in cases where the purchase of external User-controlled Personal Assistance (Norwegian: BPA) services is relevant. Contracts in the framework agreement shall be awarded by publishing a new tender contest (call-offs via mini-contest); i.e. a mini-contest between the providers in the framework agreement. In the case of mini-contest, emphasis will primarily be placed on conditions that are important to the recipient of the service in each individual case, including the option for user choice. A needs description, the requirements specification, and the award criteria will be specified in each mini-competition - i.e., there will be different requirements and criteria for different types of assignment. The standard Individual contract for user-controlled personal assistance (NS 8435 B:2017) is expected for each call-off.
