Queen’s is leading and hosting this research hub, as such is tasked with procuring and installing a high throughput nano/microflow liquid chromatography system for proteomics applications. The system will be optimized for rapid analysis of proteomics samples via online coupling to an existing mass spectrometry system (quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry with nano/low microflow electrospray system and trapped ion mobility separations). The system will be used for high throughput proteomics applications associated with the Future Medicines Institute at QUB and situated within the School of Biological Sciences 19 Chlorine Gardens, Belfast, BT9 5DL.<br /><br />• Please note: - The execution of this tender & contract will be solely dependent on grant funding being received, which is estimated to be confirmed in January 2025.<br />• No award will be made, or orders issued until the grant funding has been confirmed. If grant funding is not secured, the market will be notified, and this procurement exercise will be stood down.<br />
