Supply of OEM Dental Machinery Parts

KCHFT provides Community Dental Services throughout Kent and East London from a number of clinical sites. To support day to day service delivery, the Trust has an in-house Dental Engineering Service which provides both planned and reactive maintenance to these clinical sites. The Dental Engineering Service also provides a commercial Dental Engineering Service to external private clients in the Kent area. Therefore, KCHFT wishes to contract with a supplier whom can provide OEM dental parts, to enable the operation of our dental engineering service. The successful supplier is only required to supply parts, with no attendance required at our clinical environments. The Contract will supersede all prior arrangements and understandings between the Parties, whether written or oral, which relates to the subject matter of this Contract. There is no guaranteed activity or obligations of spend from the authority in this contract. Therefore, there is no commitment to quantity or value from either party. The aim of this procurement exercise is to procure a supplier whom can provide genuine OEM Takara Belmont Dental parts that support delivery of our Community Dental and HMP Clinical services and our commercial Dental Engineering service, including planned and reactive maintenance to internal NHS and external commercial Dental Engineering customers. The contract will run for two years, with an optional two year extension, to a maximum term of 48 months.
