Aufhebung der Bekanntmachung 2023/S 149-477194 Das LMU Klinikum hatte zur Beschaffung von Endoskopen, Gastroskopen, Koloskopen, Bronchoskopen, Duedenoskopen, Ballonenteroskopen, Pleuroskopen, Prozessoren und Monitoren, Ebus und Gerätewagen sowie die Wartung dieser Geräte eine ex-ante Transparenzbekanntmachung (2023/S 149-477194) veröffentlicht. Das der Veröffentlichung zugrundeliegende Verhandlungsverfahren ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb wurde nach nochmaliger Überprüfung der Voraussetzung aufgehoben. Lot 1: Hierzu wird verwiesen auf II.2.4 der aufgehobenen Bekanntmachung Nr. 2023/S 149-477194.
