Description

The Senedd is looking to procure a Library Management System (LMS). The contract will include the supply of a hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) / cloud-based Library Management System solution for the management of library stock including cataloguing, circulation and reporting; implementation, transfer / import of existing data, and ongoing hosting and support. It will also include an Online Catalogue (OPAC) to allow users to search the catalogue and manage library accounts. The term of the contract will be 5 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 year period, from the Go Live date.
