This is a Prior Information Notice to seek engagement with the market place regarding Council's requirement for Ferris wheel and additional attractions for the Enchanted Winter Garden Event 2018. The Council wishes to engage with potential suppliers to obtain a market view by way of a questionnaire. Any interested suppliers are required to submit their response via the eTenders NI website. Suppliers are required to return answers to the questionnaire and any comments no later than 12 noon on Friday 9.3.18. Participation or non-participation in this pre-procurement market engagement shall not prevent any supplier in a potential procurement process, not is it intended that any information supplied shall place any supplier at an advantage in any forthcoming procurement process.
