Description

The Grounds Maintenance Framework, owned and operated by HCC Universal Services Property Services, provides a procurement facility for grounds maintenance services across Hampshire. These services are undertaken across a wide range of departments covering a total of ~500 Sites, and include grass cutting, hedge and border maintenance, and sports facility maintenance. This Framework is divided into eight geographical lots covering two work types; Standard, and Standard + Sport. Standard Lot 1 - West (including South Central, South West and Test Valley) Lot 2 - Central (including Winchester, Basingstoke and Deane, North East and Hart) Lot 3 - East (including South East, East Hampshire) Lot 4 - all areas above and including Isle of Wight (successful contractors in Lots 1, 2, and 3 will automatically be appointed to Lot 4) Standard + Sport Lot 5 - West (including South West and Test Valley) Lot 6 - Central (including South Central, Winchester, Basingstoke and Deane) Lot 7 - East (including South East, East Hampshire, North East and Hart) Lot 8 - all areas above and including Isle of Wight (successful contractors in Lots 5, 6, and 7 will automatically be appointed to Lot 8) Lot 1: Standard - West (including South Central, the New Forest, and Test Valley) The Procurement of this lot will be for the Standard Sites involving maintenance of flower beds, borders, hedges, shrubs, grass cutting, removal of leaves and litter, and weed control across the West of Hampshire including South Central, the New Forest, and Test Valley. Lot 2: Standard - Central (including Winchester, Basingstoke and Deane, North East and Hart) The Procurement of this lot will be for the Standard Sites involving maintenance of flower beds, borders, hedges, shrubs, grass cutting, removal of leaves and litter, and weed control across Central Hampshire including Winchester, Basingstoke and Deane, North East and Hart. Lot 3: Standard - East (including East Hampshire, South East Hampshire) The Procurement of this lot will be for the Standard Sites involving maintenance of flower beds, borders, hedges, shrubs, grass cutting, removal of leaves and litter, and weed control across East Hampshire including including East Hampshire, South East Hampshire. Lot 4: Standard - covering all Hampshire and Surrounding areas The Procurement of this lot will be for the Standard Sites involving maintenance of flower beds, borders, hedges, shrubs, grass cutting, removal of leaves and litter, and weed control across all of Hampshire and the surrounding area Contractors will not be able to bid for this lot; winners of lots 1-3 will be appointed to this lot automatically. This will allow flexibility to cover a range of works and work areas over the duration of the framework. Lot 5: Lot 5 - West (including South West and Test Valley) The Procurement of this lot will be for the Standard + Sport Sites involving maintenance of flower beds, borders, hedges, shrubs, grass cutting, removal of leaves and litter, weed control, large field works, line drawing for sports areas, and setup and maintenance of sports equipment across the West of Hampshire including South West, and Test Valley. Lot 6: Standard + Sports - Central (including South Central, Winchester, Basingstoke and Deane) The Procurement of this lot will be for the Standard + Sport Sites involving maintenance of flower beds, borders, hedges, shrubs, grass cutting, removal of leaves and litter, weed control, large field works, line drawing for sports areas, and setup and maintenance of sports equipment across the Central Hampshire including South Central, Winchester, Basingstoke and Deane. Lot 7: East (including South East, East Hampshire, North East and Hart) The Procurement of this lot will be for the Standard + Sport Sites involving maintenance of flower beds, borders, hedges, shrubs, grass cutting, removal of leaves and litter, weed control, large field works, line drawing for sports areas, and setup and maintenance of sports equipment across the West of Hampshire including South East Hampshire, East Hampshire, North East and Hart. Lot 8: Lot 8 - all Hampshire, surrounding areas and including Isle of Wight The Procurement of this lot will be for the Standard + Sport Sites involving maintenance of flower beds, borders, hedges, shrubs, grass cutting, removal of leaves and litter, weed control, large field works, line drawing for sports areas, and setup and maintenance of sports equipment across all of Hampshire and the surrounding area. Contractors will not be able to bid for this lot; winners of lots 5-7 will be appointed to this lot automatically. This will allow flexibility to cover a range of works and work areas over the duration of the framework.
