La forme retenue est celle de l'accord-cadre exécuté au moyen de bons de commande en application des articles R.2162-2, R.2162-4 à R.2162-6 et R.2162-13 à R.2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique. Il s'agit en l'espèce d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire. Le marché ne fait l'objet d'aucune décomposition ni en tranches, ni en lots. Le montant hors taxe, pour la période initiale du marché ainsi que pour chaque période de reconduction le cas échéant, sera compris entre un montant minimum de 1 000,00 euros HT et un montant maximum de 90 000,00 euros HT. Suite II.1.5) Valeur totale estimée: Somme du montant maximum sur 4 années.
