As part of the Brigades arrangements for workplace competence and internal quality assurance, the Brigade has adopted an approach of developing its supervisory and middle managers; key departmental staff with the skills and knowledge required to undertake assessment and internal quality assurance activities in line with nationally recognised best practice i.e. to national vocational standard. This requirement is aligned directly to the Brigades Goal of 'Proud, Passionate, Professional and Inclusive Workforce. This contract seeks to support the Brigade to maintain its current provision in terms of assessment and quality assurance arrangements, and must reflect the individual needs of staff who have been identified to undertake this activity. Cleveland Fire Brigade invites tenders from providers who wish to provide Assessor and Internal Quality Assurance Qualification training and support.
