The Government of Jersey is inviting expressions of interest for comprehensive drainage maintenance services aimed at ensuring the effective functioning, compliance, and longevity of the island’s drainage systems. Scope of Services Includes: Grease Traps: Monthly inspections and cleaning to maintain capacity and compliance. Rainwater Downpipes & Amp; Gutters: Biannual cleaning, securing, and reporting on repairs and finishes. Slot Drains: Quarterly cleaning and inspections, with additional autumn maintenance for seasonal debris. Downpipe Gullies: Biannual maintenance to ensure unobstructed water flow and address seasonal leaf fall. Rainwater Outlets & Hoppers: Biannual inspections, cleaning, and reporting on remedial actions. This expression of interest offers the opportunity to be part of a structured and proactive maintenance program designed to enhance the performance and compliance of drainage systems.
