Prisindhentning vedr. stomiprodukter til borgere i Fællesindkøb Nord (Frederikshavn Kommune, Jammerbugt Kommune, Hjørring Kommune, Thisted Kommune og Vesthimmerlands Kommune og Morsø Kommune) + Mariagerfjord Kommune og Rebild Kommune Lot 1: Prisindhentningen skal danne et grundlag for Kommunernes bevillinger af tilskud til stomiprodukter i henhold til Servicelovens § 112, stk. 3 sidste punkt, samt sikre borgerne muligheden for at indkøbe stomiprodukter til en pris, der ligger indenfor den tildelte bevilling. Det bemærkes, at prisindhentningen ikke er omfattet af Udbudslovens Lov nr. 10 af 06/01/2023 , idet der med prisindhentningen ikke indgås en gensidigt bebyrdende aftale.
