DTU rekrutterer årligt ca. 1200 kandidater. Til brug for disse rekrutteringer ønsker DTU at anvende testværktøjer. Koncern HR har i gennemsnit de seneste tre år udsendt ca. 75 kognitive kapacitetstests og ca. 350 personligheds- og præferencetests. DTU har et ønske om at benytte testværktøjer mere udbredt fremadrettet. DTU ønsker derfor at indgå en ny aftale med en leverandør vedrørende køb af værktøjer til rekruttering og certificering i brug af værktøjerne.
