Description

NCBI (National Council for the Blind of Ireland) is Ireland’s national sight loss agency. In existence since 1931, our mission is to transform the lives of people who are blind or vision impaired so that they can live confidently and independently in their communities. At NCBI, we believe people who are blind or vision impaired should have the same opportunities, rights, and choices as others to fully participate in society. NCBI serves people right across Ireland from all age groups, be they blind or vision impaired from birth or whether they have acquired sight loss in later life because of an accident, illness, or their age. In 2020, NCBI offered support and services to 7,606 people living with sight loss. The organisation has evolved and modernised over the years and is now seeking to undertake a full rebrand under the name Sight Ireland. To assist with the rollout of the rebrand NCBI is issuing this Request for Tender (RFT) from interested signage companies. A shortlist of vendors will be selected from those who submit a response to this RFT and who have demonstrated their capability, national scope, and commitment.
