Det omfatter følgende prøveområder: — Prøver inden for danskuddannelse til voksne udlændinge m.fl., jf. bekendtgørelse nr. 150 af 27. februar 2018 om prøver inden for danskuddannelse til voksne udlændinge m.fl. Den udbudte opgave udbydes for en 2-årig periode. Kunden har option på at forlænge aftalen med 1 år ad gangen op til 2 gange. Aftalen i forhold til opgaven kan således maksimum vare 4 år i alt med fuld brug af optionen vedrørende kontraktforlængelse. Den udbudte opgave består af 5 delopgaver: 1) Layout og prepress i forbindelse med klargøring af prøvemateriale, herunder grafisk opsætning samt 4 korrekturgange 2) Trykning af prøvemateriale på papir og databærende medier ud fra materiale på elektroniske filer 3) Pakning og lagring af det prøvemateriale, der skal distribueres til de enkelte prøveafholdende udbydere 4) Modtagelse af bestillinger på konkret prøvemateriale fra de enkelte prøveafholdende udbydere 5) Distribution af det bestilte prøvemateriale til de enkelte prøveafholdende udbydere.
