UPGRADE LOGA Software Personalwirtschaft Lot 1: Ausgangslage: Die Hanse- und Universitätsstadt Rostock und deren Südstadtklinikum nutzen bereits seit 2007 die P&I LOGA Software für 4600 Abrechnungsfälle. LOGA wird in den Bereichen Personal und Organisation für die Sachbearbeitung und in der Gesamtverwaltung eingesetzt. LOGA ist eine Software für die Personalwirtschaft. Die Auftraggeberin beabsichtig ein LOGA Upgrade zu beauftragen. Folgende Anforderungen werden an die neue Software gestellt. Marktreife für den Betrieb in komplexen Einrichtungen der Verwaltung und des Gesundheitswesens. Rückgriff auf die vorhandenen historischen Daten ohne Ortsbindung. Geschlossenes Komplettsystem mit möglichst wenigen Schnittstellen. Vollständige Integration der Bereiche Zeitwirtschaft, Personaleinsatzplanung und Entgeldabrechnung inkl. Abbildung sämtlicher gesetzlicher/tariflicher Anforderungen. Zentrale Steuerung der Software. Möglichkeit der Massendatenverarbeitung. Vertrautheit der Anwender aller Standorte mit der Software und ihrer Handhabung. Verwendung eine Private HR Cloud. Software als Mietlösung. Erfüllung Datensicherheit.
