Project Management and Capacity Building for a sustainable Dudley Town Centre Partnership - AWARD

Description

As part of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund initiative, the successful supplier will be required to complete and maintain evidence. This tender specification seeks an organisation to take the project to the next stage of consolidation and performance. A contract will be agreed upon and detailed to include and not restricted to: o Continuation of regular partnership steering group meetings o Extensive engagement/outreach to: o build stakeholder participation in the core steering group and wider open meetings o build awareness of the Town Centre Partnership Group o Approach should enhance the existing Town Centre Partnership and build individual and collective stakeholder/partnership capacity. o Group should be inclusive and represent a wide range of stakeholders within the town. o Project management and facilitation of Town Centre Marketing project (Appendix 1). o Demonstrate how you will measure success and impact of support. o Identify and/or activate any further opportunities to build ownership and collective capacity in the town.
