Description
NS&I is seeking to appoint a third-party expert 'Managed Application Support' service to assist with running its Financial, Unit4 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), system. While emphasis would be on administrative and technical support, the ideal solution may also be expected to offer support in other areas including but not limited to: • Investigation and resolution of module problems, • Report writing capability, • Upgrade planning and training, and • Knowledge transfer. This agreement will have an initial term of 24 months with one additional optional extension period of 12 months.
