Description
DPSQ was formed in 2021 on the old etenders platform. A Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) has been selected as the procurement mechanism which was deemed the most suitable strategy to procurement this type of equipment. This allows for a Dynamic listing of pre-qualified suppliers to view future “Mini Competitions” for specified requirements across 1 no. Ophthalmology Equipment “DPS Categories” (Lots) and allows for new suppliers to be appointed to the DPS during the course of its validity. Every qualified DPS supplier will see every future requirement in each of the Lots that they have applied for.
