This notice confirms conclusion of an award for a managed service for the provision of temporary labour across MAG UK and overseas operations. This is an award notice to confirm the award decision in respect of the following procurement opportunity: MAG Plc has an ongoing requirement to access the temporary labour market for a number of requirements across the business. MAG principally has 2 broad needs for temporary labour. Contingent labour (contractors): professional roles, usually to fill project roles/back fill vacancies in BAU roles, workers are set up as Limited businesses, typically payable on a day rate basis, typically for no less than 3-6 months duration. Temporary labour — administrative, clerical and operational roles – usually to support the business for short periods of time to cover absence or peak activity demands of the business. Workers are typically paid by the hour on a paye basis. The total anticipated gross annual spend for contingent and temporary labour is estimated at 12 000 000 GBP which includes worker pay and agency fee. The approach is to award to a single supplier on a managed services basis. The scope of the contract is to cover the whole MAG group including all four UK Airports and MAG Overseas Operations.
