Playground equipment, framework agreement.

Description

The contest is for a framework agreement for playground and activity equipment and fall mats, including engineering design services for large deliveries. The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The need is uncertain. Previously, the contracting authority has procured playground equipment and accompanying services for approx. NOK 1-3 million excluding VAT a year in the last 3 years. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors. Estimated annual volume: NOK 11,000,000 excluding VAT. The estimate is non-binding for the contracting authority. The maximum value, including any options and anticipated price increase: NOK 60,000,000 excluding VAT. See the procurement documents for further information. Lot 1: Lots/groups Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR section 19-4, but has decided that it is not appropriate for this procurement. The contracting authority retains the right to accept all or parts of a tender. Framework agreement The contract will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying provisions on seriousness. The contract period is from and including 2022-02-21 until and including 2026-02-20. The contracting authority will enter into a contract with up to three tenderers, as long as a sufficient number of qualified tenderers submit tenders. The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
