Leistungsgegenstand ist der technische Support für das Web-Publishingsystem ComET, sowie die Weiterentwicklung und Anpassung dieses Verfahrens. Die Betreuung der Benutzer von ComET in Form eines First-Level-Supports erfolgt durch den AG und gehört nicht zu den Aufgaben des Auftragnehmers. Ziel der Leistungen ist eine hohe Systemverfügbarkeit und die schnelle Umsetzung von neuen bzw. geänderten Anforderungen.
