Description
NEW NOTICE! The contracting authority needs two (2) washing machines for waste containers from 140L -660L for two different locations at Heggstadmoen. The washing machines must be able to wash both the inside and outside of the containers, as well as the lid on the containers in one and same washing process, and they must be able to wash 2 small (140L - 240L) containers at the same time. in addition a service contract must be offered for minimum the entire guarantee period of the machines. Lot 1: NEW NOTICE! At Heggstadmoen 12 the offered machine will be connected to district heating in the building. At Heggstadmoen 51 the water source only has cold water, so the machine must have a function for heating water. The following main changes have been made to the previous contest; - Civil engineering adaptations of buildings has been removed from the contest and will be seen to by the contracting authority after the award of the chosen machines has been decided. Tenderers must be available for quick clarification of questions regarding the contracting authority's contest for building adaptations immediately after the contract has been signed. - The contracting authority has finally chosen the water source in the two buildings (see above). - Both machines must be delivered with a function for recycling water - it is no longer an option. - Delivery time has been removed as an award criterium - we would still like tenderers to state their best estimated delivery time. The final delivery time will be regulated by the contract when the contract is signed (ordering point). - The award criteria have been change in order to cover to a greater degree the need for general balancing with a focus on the actual machine delivery and the market's best optimal quality as regards price, including, amongst other things, capacity, efficiency, HSE, and environment needs. The requirements specification will largely reuse the minimum requirements, but now with expanded requirements for answers/descriptions regarding the award criteria. Tenderers are asked to be aware of these points. - The contract has been reviewed and changes have mainly been made in points for price adjustments (point 2.2), the time for delay/sanctions (point 7.1), force majure (chapter.8) and the change clause in chapter 9. If anything is still seen as unclear, the contracting authority encourages tenderers to use the chance to ask questions beforehand for clarification before a tender is submitted. The offered service contract for the machine must, as a minimum, be valid for the machine's guarantee period, then continuing with a mutual notice period of 1 year. Lot 1: NEW NOTICE!
