PROCUREMENT OF CONTRACTS FOR RESPONSIVE, VOID AND PLANNED MAINTENANCE

Description

London Borough of Brent is seeking qualified contractors to submit a bid or bids for the delivery of responsive repairs, voids and planned works within the borough. The opportunity is split into two categories by area and each area is further divided into three lots namely: Lot 1 Responsive Repairs Area 1 Lot 2 Planned Works Area 1 Lot 3 Voids Area 1 Lot 4 Responsive Repairs Area 2 Lot 5 Planned Works Area 2 Lot 6 Voids Area 2 Tenderers can bid for one or multiple lots. However, award will be restricted to a maximum of three lots per contractor, for example one contractor can not be awarded responsive repairs from both area 1 and area 2. The same stream of work in both region cannot be awarded to one contractor. Lot 1: Lot 1 Responsive Repairs Area 1 Tenderers can submit bid for this lot and other lots but one tenderer cannot be awarded lot 1 and lot 4 as they are both same workstream. Lot 2: Lot 2 Planned Works Area 1 Tenderers can submit bid for this lot and other lots but one tenderer cannot be awarded lot 2 and lot 5 as they are both same workstream. Lot 3: Lot 3 Void Repairs Area 1 Tenderers can submit bid for this lot and other lots but one tenderer cannot be awarded lot 3 and lot 6 as they are both same workstream. Lot 4: Lot 4 Responsive Repairs Area 2 Tenderers can submit bid for this lot and other lots but one tenderer cannot be awarded lot 4 and lot 1 as they are both same workstream. Lot 5: Lot 5 Planned Works Area 2 Tenderers can submit bid for this lot and other lots but one tenderer cannot be awarded lot 5 and lot 2 as they are both same workstream. Lot 6: Lot 6 Void Repairs Area 2 Tenderers can submit bid for this lot and other lots but one tenderer cannot be awarded lot 6 and lot 3 as they are both same workstream.
