Description
NHS Shared Business Services act in an Agency capacity for and on behalf of its customers (Approved Organisations) - existing and new. These comprise of NHS and Social Care organisations (whether acting individually, or on behalf of, or together as members of any consortia) along with any other public or private sector bodies which NHS SBS authorises to use the resulting Framework/Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS) has put in place a Framework Agreement for the provision of Design, Furniture and Appliances and related Goods and Services for Healthcare to be used by NHS SBS Approved Organisations. Our Approved Organisation list can be found on: https://www.sbs.nhs.uk/services/framework-agreements-categories/ The framework includes: Lot 1.1 - Workplace Consultancy and Space Planning Lot 1.2 - Interior Fit Out - Office, Retail and Front of House Lot 1.3 - Acoustic Interior Design Solutions Lot 2.1 - Office and Residential Lot 2.2 - Bariatric Furniture Lot 2.3 - Challenging Environment Furniture Lot 2.4 - Bedside Equipment Lot 2.5 - Storage Solutions and Lockers Lot 2.6 - Early Years, Educational Furniture Lot 2.7 - Playground Equipment (Not Awarded) Lot 3.1 - Ward Equipment Lot 3.2 - Non-Medical Theatre Equipment Lot 4 - Blinds, Curtains and Associated Products Lot 5.1 - Clinical White Goods (Smart Fridges and Mixers) Lot 5.2a - White Goods - Domestic Lot 5.2b - White Goods - Commercial (Not Awarded) Lot 5.3 - Ward Beverage Trolleys and Regeneration Trolleys Lot 5.4 - Mortuary Fridges (Not Awarded) Lot 6.1 - Smart Vending Lot 6.2 - Water Coolers Lot 6.3 - Water Solutions (Not Awarded) Lot 7.1 - Marquees (Not Awarded) Lot 7.2 - Climate Control, Heaters, Air Quality, De-Humidifiers Lot 7.3 - Generators Lot 7.4 - Tool Hire and Machinery Hire Lot 7.5 - Specialist Cleaning Equipment Lot 7.6 - Office Furniture Lot 8.1 - Supply and Delivery of Furniture and Associated Products Lot 1.1: Workplace Consultancy and Space Planning Provision of Healthcare focused office and workplace consultancy services including but not limited to planning and design, turnkey solutions, workplace survey and utilisation and space planning. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months Lot 1.2: Interior Fit Out - Office, Retail and Front of House The suppliers for this lot will be able to determine the clients brief, provide top quality interior design and space planning, consult closely with stakeholders, select and suggest products and suggest costings with experienced project management to support proposals. This lot includes the delivery of workplace consultancy services for office and other workplace environments. The service area in scope includes survey, design and space planning. Workplace consultants will gather and organise information from stakeholders that enables them to propose strategies and solutions with the purpose of improving efficiency or aesthetics in the workplace such as promoting agile working solutions. The strategies can be aimed at a variety of company issues from office space to waiting rooms and reception areas. The supplier will produce new solutions and project plans including product selection and costings for delivery. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months. Lot 1.3: Acoustic Interior Design Solutions Provision of Healthcare focused acoustic design services including but not limited to planning and design, turnkey solutions, workplace survey and supply and fit out. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months Lot 2.1: Office and Residential This lot includes supply, delivery and installation of a variety of office and residential furniture. Furniture ranges required will vary from budget ranges to bespoke furniture requirements. This lot also includes the provision of repair, renovation and reconditioning of furniture. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months Lot 2.2: Bariatric Furniture This lot includes supply, delivery and installation of a variety of bariatric furniture. Furniture ranges required will vary from budget ranges to bespoke furniture requirements. This lot also include repair, renovation and reconditioning of furniture. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months Lot 2.3: Challenging Environment Furniture This lot includes the design, supply, delivery and installation of challenging environment furniture, including, but not limited to beds; sofas; chairs for patients and, or visitors covering reception, bedroom, lounge, dining or public areas; beam seating; armchairs; soft block foam seating; dining chairs; tables; side tables; dining tables/occasional tables; bedroom furniture; fitted and non-fitted wardrobes; desks; bedside cabinets; dementia specific items such as clocks, standard bed. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months Lot 2.4: Bedside Equipment This lot includes supply, delivery and installation and includes, but is not limited to: Bedside cabinets, wardrobes, bedside lockers, over-bed tables, pull-out sofa/chair beds, high, medium and low back patient chairs, recliner chairs (manual/electric). Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months Lot 2.5: Storage Solutions and Lockers This lot includes the supply, delivery and installation of metal, wooden and plastic storage solutions as well as shelving and racking. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months Lot 2.6: Early Years, Educational Furniture This lot includes the supply, delivery and installation of a variety of early years and educational furniture. Furniture ranges required will vary from budget ranges to bespoke furniture requirements. This lot also include repair, renovation and reconditioning of furniture. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months Lot 2.7: Playground Equipment The provision of outdoor and indoor playground equipment including fitting and maintenance. Additional information: No, this Lot is not awarded Lot 3.1: Ward Equipment This lot includes the supply, delivery and installation of ward equipment such as chart trolleys, general purpose trolleys, difficult intubation trolley, acute setting general purpose trolleys, drugs and medicine storage, controlled drugs cabinets, infusion stands/IV stands, medical records and notes trolley. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months Lot 3.2: Non-Medical Theatre Equipment This lot includes the supply, delivery and installation of non-medical theatre equipment, such as bowl stands, kick stools, mayo tables, operating platforms, surgeons stool and drip stands. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months Lot 4: Blinds, Curtains and Associated Products The lot includes the supply, delivery and installation of blinds, curtains and associated products. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months Lot 5.1: Clinical White Goods (Smart Fridges and Mixers) This Lot includes supply, delivery and installation of clinical white goods, smart fridges and mixers, including but not limited to fridges freezers, blood fridges, fluid warmers and ice makers. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months Lot 5.2A: White Goods - Domestic This lot includes supply, delivery and installation of domestic white goods and appliances. Including but not limited to fridge, freezers and washer dryers. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months Lot 5.2B: White Goods - Commercial This lot includes supply, delivery and installation of commercial white goods and appliances. This includes, but is not limited to, fridge, freezers and washer dryers. Additional information: This Lot is not awarded. Lot 5.3: Ward Beverage Trolleys and Regeneration Trolleys This lot is for the provision of ward beverage and regeneration trolleys, and the provision of maintenance and service. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months. Lot 5.4: Mortuary Fridges This lot is for the provision of mortuary refrigeration including repair and a maintenance services. Additional information: This Lot is not awarded. Lot 6.1: Smart Vending This lot includes the supply (sale and hire), delivery and installation and maintenance of smart vending machines. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months Lot 6.2: Water Coolers This lot includes the supply (sale and hire), delivery, installation and maintenance of water coolers. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months Lot 6.3: Water Solutions This lot is for the provision of plumbed in water solutions by water taps. Additional information: This Lot is not awarded. Lot 7.1: Marquees This lot includes the hire design and installation of marquees and temporary structures. Additional information: This Lot is not awarded Lot 7.2: Climate Control, Heaters, Air Quality, De-Humidifiers This lot shall offer the hire of climate control, heaters, air quality systems and de-humidifiers. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months. Lot 7.3: Generators This lot shall offer the hire of generators, including petrol, diesel, HVO fuel, containerised and mobile. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months. Lot 7.4: Tool Hire and Machinery Hire This lot shall offer the hire of powered tools and machinery. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months Lot 7,5: Specialist Cleaning Equipment This lot shall offer the hire of specialist cleaning equipment including but not limited to, polishers, pressure washers, industrial vacuums, sanders, strippers. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months. Lot 7.6: Office Furniture This lot shall offer the hire of office furniture, including but not limited to, chairs, desks, storage cupboards, meeting room tables, sofa's and racking. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months. Lot 8.1: Supply and Delivery of Furniture and Associated Products This Lot is dedicated for Approved Organisations that will have a bespoke requirement. It is designed to incorporate a combination of products and services from the lots 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 3.1, 3.2 and 4. Supplier(s) that has been awarded on at least two of the lots between 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 3.1, 3.2 and 4 can opt in to be considered for award under this lot - Lot 8.1 One stop Shop Furniture and Associated Products. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months
