ECB - Provision of Insurance Management Services

Description

Independent advisory services are required in order to assist the ECB with the tendering of insurance services and/or related claims administration services as well as contract management services of ongoing contracts (both with regard to insurers and/or Administrators). Provision of expertise, strategic advice and support in insurance related matters is sought as well as any relevant reporting, documentation and support of the decision-making processes as well as any required meetings. The scope includes: — risk and insurance strategy definition, — support on insurer(s) and/or administrator(s) tendering, — contract management services, — claims management, — reporting, — provision of a centre of expertise answering insurance related questions from insured persons or family members, — consultancy services in insurance related matters. Insurance lines to be covered: — property, — fine arts, — automobile, — general liability, — health, — accident, — business travel, — long-term care insurances. The ECB is looking for independent insurance consultancy services, covering: — risk and insurance strategy definition, — support on insurer(s) and/or administrator(s) tendering, — contract management services, — claims management, — reporting, — provision of a centre of expertise answering insurance related questions from insured persons or family members (i.e. spouses/children), — consultancy services in insurance related matters. The following is a non-exhaustive list of insurance lines included in the scope: — property insurance, — fine arts insurance, — automobile insurance and insurance for employee cars on business trip (Dienstreisekaskoversicherung), — general liability insurance, — ECB Health insurance, — ECB Accident insurance, — ECB Business travel insurance, — ECB Long-term care insurance (LTC).
